Build. Lead. + Teach.

I'm Luke — a technical product, program, and portfolio manager who never quit being an engineer. I write the roadmaps, read the PRs, write the evals, and ship. Fortune 500s to startups, and everything between. Many courses, one journal, and a working philosophy: an attitude of gratitude.

Kill by message, not by ownership — and a node is a state

The relay is a postbox, not a peer
“The relay is an untrusted postbox: you trust it to forward, not to read or vouch. The keys do the vouching, point to point, direct or relayed alike.”

Auditing the 95%: A Data-Driven Look at Amazon Sidewalk Before I Bet a SKU on It

The Gratitude Index

One small thank-you, every day.
Jun 11 · #trailblazers
Benjamin Franklin flew a silk kite into a Philadelphia thunderstorm today in 1752 — cedar cross-sticks, a sharp wire at the peak, hemp string running up to it, an iron key knotted where the line dropped to a dry silk ribbon he held inside a shed doorway. A knuckle to the key drew a spark. Proof that lightning was electricity, built from a kitchen drawer.

A reader followed the city-walk post, bought a Meshtastic tracker, and emailed from a parking lot with his first packet logs.
Jun 08 · #everyday
A dream good enough that you wake up holding still — eyes shut, breath shallow — like the room might shake it loose if you moved. The plot's gone by breakfast. The feeling stays all day.
